With years of experience managing hybrid meetings/events, at Premier we’re able to incorporate your virtual event with your live meeting. If you have some attendees that are not willing to travel, that’s okay, let them join virtually. We keep our staff and technicians trained and up to date on cutting edge technology. Depending on the size of the meeting, one lead technician will be assigned to manage the event. They are also able to utilize their trouble shooting skills prior to the event or on the fly, during an emergency.
We understand meetings do not always take place from 9am-5pm, we have you covered. We make ourselves available 24/7 for any changes or concerns you may have or last minute updates. We will stay in constant contact with you throughout the planning process, during the event and after for post-event deliberations.
During our first phone call, our main concern is your vision and goals. We’ll listen to your ideas, offer insight and share ideas with the team. Then we’ll work on putting a quote and a diagram of the space you are utilizing. Premier will be with you every step of the way.
Depending on the size of the meeting you will be assigned a lead technician who will be in charge of the meeting from beginning to end. She/he will be your point of contact onsite for any questions, concerns or add-ons. Our technicians will have a sufficient amount of backup equipment in case of any incidentals or last minute request, based on the meeting.
Although hotel AV may seem to be the most convenient, it can be the most expensive choice. You are not obligated to use the in-house AV.
